Kylor User Agreement

Welcome to Kylor, your go-to creative photo collage app! We built Kylor to help everyone turn ordinary photos into one-of-a-kind visual art, no complicated learning curve required. You don't need to register an account or log in to use all features of Kylor - you can start creating the second you open the app. By using Kylor, you agree to the following simple terms we've put in place to make sure everyone has a great experience:

✨ What You Can Do With Kylor

All core features of Kylor are completely free for you to use, including:

Import as many photos from your device as you want for collage making
Use all built-in playful crop shapes, editing tools, and dark immersive canvas layouts
Drag, scale, rotate, and layer your photo pieces without any limits to build compositions with depth and personality
Export your creations in high resolution for free, no watermarks added unless you choose to add one yourself
Share your finished artwork to social platforms, mood boards, personal portfolios, or send directly to friends, for both personal and small commercial use (as long as you own the rights to the photos you use)

🤝 Our Promises To You

All your photo editing happens 100% locally on your device. We will never upload, store, or access your original photos or unfinished creations without your explicit permission
We won't insert disruptive pop-up ads in the middle of your creation process to interrupt your creative flow
All future feature updates (new shapes, editing effects, canvas options, tactile interaction optimizations etc.) will be available for free for all users
We will never claim ownership of any artwork you create using Kylor - full copyright of your finished collages belongs 100% to you

💡 Your Responsibilities

Please make sure you have the proper rights or permissions to use any photos you import into Kylor for your creations
Do not use Kylor to create content that is harmful, misleading, harassing, or infringes on the rights of other people
You are fully responsible for the content you create and share using Kylor, and any consequences that come from sharing that content

🔄 App Updates & Adjustments

We are always working to make Kylor better for creators, staying true to the handcrafted scrapbook mood and fluid creative experience we designed. We may add new features, adjust existing tools, or retire rarely used functions from time to time. If we make any big changes to the core functionality of Kylor, we will notify you in-app before the changes take effect, so you never have unexpected interruptions to your workflow.
